We have been responsible for the maintenance of this high profile apartment block since handover from Danninger Ltd to the Management company over 7 years ago. We have a number of full time staff on site to ensure that this 759 unit residential complex is kept in immaculate order at all times. We are responsible for the buildings, grounds and waste management process.
As well as the ongoing maintenance, we do the following on a contract basis, as required, throughout the year – Powerwashing, all carpets cleaned, lift lobbies painted and window cleaning. This is one of the biggest window cleaning contracts in Dublin and our project management, safety processes and efficiency have ensured that we have won this contract year after year.
